Yes. When you submit your photos, you tell us the background style you want for each image - white studio, gradient, outdoor context, or lifestyle scene. You can mix styles within the same pack. We recommend keeping your store catalog consistent (same background style across all products) and using lifestyle shots for your social media and ad content.
We include one round of revision per image in all packs. If a specific photo does not meet your expectations, tell us what to change and we redo it. This covers background adjustments, brightness corrections, and framing changes. It does not cover a complete re-shoot if the source photo we received was unusable (too blurry, too dark to process, or subject too small in the frame).
Yes. Once delivered, the images are yours to use across any platform - your SnapSite store, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, print materials, wherever. We retain the right to use before-and-after examples in our own marketing unless you request otherwise.
